

A non-profit organization noticed that the quality of its products and services was declining. We worked with the organization to analyze the quality of products and services, created strategies for reducing quality problems, and helped implement solutions that reduced reworks by 25%.
A service organization discovered that a high percentage of new hires quit within the first several months of employment. We assessed the employee selection processes, and designed and implemented improved interviewing and selection techniques. These improvements doubled the number of applicants screened out, and reduced turnover by 50%.
Several departments of a large manufacturing facility were experiencing high turnover rates that were reducing productivity. We conducted detailed needs assessments to determine how first line supervisors and mid-level managers could be more effective in their dealings with others, so that the company could reduce turnover. Based on the needs assessments, we developed and delivered a training program to improve managers' supervisory and leadership skills. Morale improved in the departments, and turnover declined.
A company's management team wanted its national sales staff to increase sales. Our needs assessment disclosed that many newer sales people had received a lot of training in product knowledge, but needed more training in basic sales skills. We worked to increase sales through the development and delivery of a training program to improve crucial sales skills.
A Customer Service Department needed to improve its productivity, and its working relationships with other departments. We developed and delivered a training program for the managers of this Customer Service department. The program emphasized leadership skills, but also focused on the delivery of excellent Customer Service. The results have been improved relations with internal customers, and improved efficiency within the department.
A U.S. company wanted to obtain exclusive rights from a foreign company for the importation and distribution of a new product, but felt that it lacked the time and resources to develop a business plan. We researched the market for the product, and then wrote a detailed business plan the client could use in convincing the foreign company to grant the client exclusive rights for importation and distribution of the product.

education group wanted a motivational speech to generate enthusiasm
at the end of a three-day conference.
We delivered the closing Keynote Speech, which was well received,
and also developed and delivered a half-day workshop.
A non-profit orgainization's Board of Directors had a strategic plan, but wanted the plan to be more focused and relevant. We facilitated strategy sessions with the Board's Executive Committee, to improve the plan and give it measurable goals. We helped the Executive Committee develop a more detailed short-range and long-range Strategic Plan that was approved unanimously by the full board. The plan also received enthusiastic support from the organization's major stakeholders.
