Defense/DOD Organizations

Since my prior career in employee screening involved the nuclear weapons industry, working with Defense contractors and Military organizations has always been a good fit. I’ve worked with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, the Department of the Army, and the United States Coast Guard, just to name a few.

This industry, like any other, provides unique challenges in that it has a very hierarchical culture, and the organizations are usually very large. But, these organizations are like other industries because they’re trying to improve leadership and teamwork, and get employees more engaged in their work.

One great thing about these organizations—you don’t have to spend much time getting them to focus on the Purpose. They have a compelling purpose built in: Protecting our nation, and preserving our freedom. Success and performance improvement are important for any business, but the stakes are much higher when dealing with organizations in the Defense industry.

My experience in this industry is vast. My commitment to it is deep. My results are impressive, as my references will verify.
