Strategic Planning

Some people think that Strategic Planning is about developing a plan.  They’re wrong.  Yes, you need to have a plan, but you need a lot more.

You need to identify your purpose, have a clear vision, operate by solid values.  And you need to have a foundation of trust—among the senior team members, with all members of management, between managegment and employees, among divisions or departments, with customers, vendors, regulators, and the community at large.

Only then can you develop a plan to help accelerate success for the organization, and for people.
