Surveys
Surveys are important tools in accelerating your success and that of your company, department or team. I use surveys developed by other companies, but I also use surveys I’ve developed. And, I custom-design surveys to meet your needs. The surveys I use are all online, and fall into a couple different categories.
Organizational Assessments
These are surveys of large groups of people to assess the health of an organization, or some aspect of the organization.
Together with focus groups and interviews, surveys identify the organization's strengths, as well as areas for improvement, such as productivity and customer service. These surveys include “climate” surveys to assess the “culture” of the organization, team surveys that identify how well a team is functioning, and customer service surveys.

Learning Assessments
Also known as personality profiles, these are surveys for individuals, to help them understand a specific aspect of performance.
For instance, DiSC Indra is a profile that helps you understand your interpersonal style, and how you can use that insight to improve your relationships with others. This profile is always the first step in coaching.
Another example is the Time Mastery Profile, which assesses your time management skills, and offers strategies for improving your use of time.
These individual learning assessments or profiles are essential in improving individual performance.
