Before founding my company, I spent more than 17 years in the Office of Federal Investigations, our nation's premier background investigations agency.

This agency provided employee screening and security services for the nuclear weapons industry. In that field, I worked closely with some of the largest aerospace and defense contractors (General Electric, Martin Marietta, Allied Signal, Rockwell, and others).
Throughout my career, including 11 years in management and more recently as a management consultant, I've provided consulting on many issues that increase profitability and productivity.

I help you improve profitability by solving the problems that keep you awake at night.  Whether through strategic management, leadership development, or teambuilding, I help you reach your goals for success.

I work in a wide range of industries, including service and manufacturing, non-profit, and large and small organizations. I'm a skilled facilitator who also provides coaching on individual, executive, or team levels.

I'm a member of the Institute for Management Consultants, the National Speakers Association, and Toastmasters International.

I got my B.A. in Psychology from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, and an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia. On top of being a professional speaker, I'm also a professional writer who has been published in many publications.



My philosophy is pretty straightforward.  I believe that Strategy and Leadership fuel Organizational Performance.

Today's complex, competitive world, however, requires more than just any Strategy, or any Leadership.

So my Philosophy maintains that the fusion of sound Strategy and effective Leadership is what propels organizations to the ascendancy of peak Organizational Performance.  These elements come together in a Responsibility-Based Culture, a culture focused on trust and personal responsibility.
